The year 2009 was a good year and a great start for our District little champion for his Medal winning performance at Asian Schools Chess Championship 2009, Under 7 from 16th to 23rd December 2009 at Ceylon Continental Hotel Colombo, for his winning of Gold medal under 7 category . Players from 6 countries participated in the championship.
He has been recommended by All India
We wish him all the best for all his future prospects.

For District Level Tournament a Sum of Rs.250/- is collected towards tournament registration fee and for State Level events a sum of Rs.500 is collected towards Tournament Registration fee.
Registration of Academies:
The chairman requests all existing affiliated academies to renew their affiliation for the period April 2009 – March 2010 by paying annual renewing fees of Rs. 250/-.
Academies which are not affiliated yet are on requested to get affiliated by paying annual affiliation fees of Rs. 250/- along with affiliation form.
Registration of Players to VDCA (AC), TNSCA and AICF:
The chairman requests all registered players to get re registered for the period April 2009 – March 2010 by paying registration fees of Rs. 50/- to VDCA (AC) and by paying Rs. 70/- for TNSCA and by paying Rs. 250/- for AICF Registration. For registration to TNSCA or AICF through VDCA(AC), you can remit payment at VDCA (AC) office and take a receipt for the amount paid.
The VDCA (AC) card will be issued within 7 days from the date of payment and TNSCA card will be issued within 30 days from the date of payment. AICF registration card will be issued within 60 days of payment received. Download application from VDCA (AC) website or collect from VDCA (AC)Office.
